Zakybooks provides centralized supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) data logging frameworks and digital instrumentation repositories for automated processing plants. Our high-speed fieldbus communication networks are designed to stabilize input-output signal processing times. All services are delivered as configured, without implied fitness for any unstated purpose.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensure that all data transmitted through our systems complies with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of instrumentation records you upload and for any decisions made based on real-time diagnostic traceability data.
All software, dashboards, and configuration tools provided by Zakybooks remain our exclusive property. You receive a non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal operations. No ownership of source code, algorithms, or underlying frameworks is transferred.
Zakybooks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our automation systems, including but not limited to production downtime, data loss, or signal processing delays. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the SCADA logging framework and instrumentation repository will be revoked. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data in a standard format before permanent deletion.
